Apptricity tracks, locates, safeguards, and streamlines all assets and inventory across locations while gathering your most relevant data in real-time. Our telecom field services solution allows you to make the best data-driven decisions for your telecommunications company.
Apptricity’s web and mobile software applications integrate with the latest in IoT technology to provide a single solution for tracking and managing your equipment, assets, and inventory.
Manage inventory levels in real-time with an IoT-connected, cloud-based Inventory Tracking solution. Setting up I-Connect Controllers in areas such as warehouses, distribution center, or retail locations and tagging inventory items with RFID or Bluetooth® tags enables real-time tracking. Controllers can be programmed to scan at a user-defined interval, automating tasks such as inventory movement and cycle counting.
Managing the location and stock levels of a fleet can be difficult without the right solution in place. Apptricity’s telecom field services solution, paired with a Connected Service Vehicle, provides the in-transit visibility of fleet vehicles and the inventory they carry with a combination of RFID and/or Bluetooth® technology. I-Connect Controllers can be equipped with GPS antennas and RFID/Bluetooth® antennas to provide real-time location of the vehicle and scanned inventory on board, eliminating the traditional “black holes” that occur when managing inventory in-transit.
The same solution used in the warehouse can also be deployed at the storefront, providing real-time inventory tracking and quantity updates. I-Connect Controllers scan tagged inventory and provide real-time location and quantity updates. Integration with the existing Point of Sale system allows users to compare what is being scanned and what the system is reporting to be available, ensuring that quantities are being properly represented.
Users can manage the full lifecycle of their important assets with Apptricity’s EAM solution. Track ownership history, purchase details, maintenance records, and more from the web and mobile application. The software is also platform-agnostic, allowing users to integrate with existing ERP systems.
Integrating the Connected Service Vehicle with the Field Services Mobile application gives drivers and back-office users visibility into the location of vehicles and the inventory they carry. Optional integration with Work Order Management provides an additional component for scheduling, dispatching, and completing work orders.
I-Connect Controllers equipped with RFID and/or Bluetooth® antennas can be set up to act as fixed readers for scanning and tracking tagged inventory items. Quantity and location updates can be processed in up to real-time and sent to the Apptricity Inventory Management solution.
Equipping fleet vehicles with I-Connect Controllers and tagging assets and inventory items creates a connected vehicle, giving users the vehicle location and their current loadout. Utilizing Field Services Mobile gives drivers a tablet application to visualize their on-board loadout and allows them to view and complete work orders.
These edge devices can be set up in vehicles, warehouses, storage closets, or any other enclosed area to provide real-time tracking capabilities. These fixed readers have ability to scan for RFID and Bluetooth® tags, and connect to the internet via cellular, Wi-Fi, or ethernet connection.
These tags can be associated with important assets that require an active tracking solution. Our Ultra Long-Range BLE tags can transmit data up to 23 miles. These tags also introduce the capability for sensor data such as temperature, shock, and light sensitivity.
These tags are the size of a barcode and are perfect for tracking consumable inventory items. When scanned by an I-Connect Controller, real-time inventory quantity updates are made based on the number of scans processed.
